Rental By The Hour

Private use of the entire space, 30 minutes extra for set up, 6ft rectangle tables & chairs with black stretch linen for up to 40 guests & tripods with Bluetooth clickers. Minimum 2-hour rental. Requires 50% deposit at booking & final payment due 7 days in advance. Add up to 10 ring lights for $5 each.

AFTER HOURS

$1500

Private use of the entire space for between 9pm – 2am for up to 70 people. Includes 60 minutes extra for set up, 6ft rectangle tables & chairs, 10 ring lights & 10 tripods. Requires 50% deposit at booking & final payment due 7 days in advance.

Networking & Team Building

$300 Per Hour

Private use of the entire space Up to 30 people. $25 for each additional person up to 50 people. Includes 30 minutes extra for set up, 10 ring lights, 10 tripods, 6ft rectangle tables & chairs for up to 40 people. Requires 50% deposit at booking & final payment due 7 days in advance. Available Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays all day. Or Thursday – Saturday before noon

Private Brand Shoot

$100 Per Hour

Private use of the entire space Up to 10 people. You can request a tour in advance to make sure we are what you are looking for & we can discuss any special accommodations that may be needed. Minimum 2-hour rental. Full balance required at time of booking. 5 ring lights included. Available Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays all day. Or Thursday – Saturday before noon or after 9:00pm.
